Tonight's show in Oxford, Alabama was so much fun! Every song was fantastic and the new guys are a wonderful addition. There is just too much talent for one stage! Rhonda has so much energy she really made the evening very entertaining and lots of fun. Not to mention her voice was just perfect. And she looked beautiful. What more can I say!? Oh yes. I gave Rhonda a gift. Kind of a decorative sign. I'll try to post a picture of it and Rhonda and myself tomorrow. I understand she knows just where to hang it. Sorry Herb, looks like you just might have to find another spot for Arnold!
Rhonda also got another gift. A sweet and very sticky gift! Anyone heard of scuppernong(I think that was the spelling on the bottle) syrup? Rhonda hadn't and neither have I. Everyone else in the audience seemed to know what is was. Thanks Rhonda! Can't wait to see you and the guys again in Trinity, Al.
Great to see you in Oxford. And THANKS for the sign. I can't WAIT to get home and hang it in place of Dear Herby's golf picture. That picture has hung there long enough; and shouldn't have been there in the first place. It was sure fun in Oxford. Thanks for coming to the show! Aaron and Ben bought a game at the Oxford Wal-Mart. I can't remember the name of it. It has cards with lists of categories; a timer, and a "letter" dice. We played a couple rounds tonight, so the fun continues. I can't believe it's so late already......or early...depending if you're just going to bed, or getting up. I hope to see many of you in Galax, VA & Appomattox, VA, tomorrow and Sunday. Hey Sweet Brenda.....what time is the Gospel Show on Sunday morning? HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!
Thanks for the review of the show Mindy! I'm glad you had a great time!!!

I can't wait to see all of you tomorrow in Appomattox, VA. Rhonda, The radio show is 7:00am - 10:00am on the bobcat. http://www.bobcatcountryradio.com with Sweet Brenda & Him. We will do the show in the morning, then we are going to Appomattox. I told Calvin I like to get there early so we can visit. See you tomorrow
That game sounds like Scatagories. Where you have to name all these different things all starting with the same letter. Whatever the game, I bet college boy Ben won! If I can't post my pictures from last night by this afternoon I will get back on here and tell you all what the sign that I gave Rhonda says. Herby is gonna love it!
Hello Everyone! Mindy, sounds like you had a great time last night, but I know you did if you were at a RVR show! Can't wait to see the pictures! Rhonda, I'm thinking the same as Mindy, that the game sounds like Scattergories. A friend bought us the game for Christmas, but we haven't played it yet. I opened the box to look through everything and was a little overwhelmed...lol! Julia, I sent you an e-mail last night, but I'm not sure if I did it right...hope you got it. Have a great day!
Dear Rhonda Vincent,
I was present June 25, 2007 when that Famous highly collectible piece of Golf Art was purchased at the very important fundraiser for the Boy Scouts Of America. Dear Herby showing his support of Martha White helped by winning said wall decoration. This is very dear to Dear Herby.... Now to more important stuff. Has anybody played the Game that has taken over NY. Left-Right-Center and it will get the Party started! Mike G.
Yes Mr Garlock, LCR began as a craze last summer on the Cape. Such a simple little game can keep all amused for quite some time!! I already have an extra set packed in the RV for summer bluegrass travels!! Maybe we'll have a few rounds at SM? JBH
Don't worry men. NOTHING will take the place of the picture I have of Arnie, Jack, and Tiger walking across the bridge at Augusta.
The Queen doesn't respect the value of that 40" picture of the 3 greats. After I'm gone from this world, and she sells off all my stuff, she'll appreciate it then.
The Ol' Dawg
I am not getting involved in this issue of how you and the Queen decorate your house, although I think you're going to like this new sign. Since I still don't know how to post pictures yet I will tell you all what the nice little sign says. "A Man's House Is His Castle......Until The Queen Arrives" You know its true! Herb, my husband and I hope to meet you at a show sometime soon. You and he would get along just fine I think!
Dear Sweet Brenda,
I am in great doubt that any of us will be awake for the gospel show in the morning. Last night, we up very late playing they game they described. Scattergories???? And yes...Ben won the first game. But I beat him by 1 point in the second game. It was 4 or 5am before anyone went to sleep last night; and I woke up at 1pm. I'm planning to go to sleep right away; so I can be up earlier tomorrow. Just know we'll be thinking of you, up so bright and early. Thanks for playing bluegrass gospel music!!! Sleep well..... P.S. Dear Herby....that dreadful picture is a GONER!!!
