PIE CRUST

1 3/4 c. Crisco Shortening

4 c. Martha White All Purpose Flour

2 t. Salt

1/2 c. Water

1 Egg

1 T. vinegar

Put shortening in a bowl. Sift flour & salt together. Cut the flour & salt into the shortening till mixture is crumbly and well mixed.

Beat the egg, water, and vinegar together in a small bowl; then add to the flour mixture and mix well.

Roll out. 

Crust browns fast.
Bake a few minutes at 350 degrees.  Makes  3 - 9" pie shells.
