What a sad for our Country. Our daughter (Samantha) lives in Killeen and her
fiance is serving in Iraq as is her room mate Amanda. They are in the 1st Cav. Div. out of Ft. Hood. Sam hosted a dinner get together Tuesday night for 6 solders, one just getting off the plane from Iraq and another leaving Wed. to go back after his R&R. The others living there.
This is such a shocker for all of us. You just never know.

All Charger, Chief's, Hunting, Fishing, Power shopping kidding  aside...........
Please keep all of them in your prayers as the next few days evolve.
This is such a tragedy. Our soldiers are true American heroe's!
God Bless America!

For Samantha. I care. I'm so sorry for what U are going thru right now. I am saddened that our President says "don't come to any conclusions" about the shootings. How, can I comply? I hurt, U hurt, we all hurt for the families of the wounded and the dead. My loved one wasn't involved, but I still hurt. May God bless you in your time of sorrow, and for the beloved ones of the fallen and wounded.......

Our thoughts and prayers are with these soldiers and their families.   Matthew (Michael's son) is stationed at Fort Hood but currently serving in Afghanistan.   We are very grateful that Jessican and the grandkids moved back to Ohio are safe their.

Amy, I was sure that, that was where Matthew was stationed.
Our prayers are with all of the men & women serving both our GREAT countries.  As well as with all the soldiers and their families of Fort Hood.
Such a tragedy.

Samanta and Karen. I still care. Thinking about U and your friends of the wounded and the deployed..........Each and everyday I see less compassion for our soliders......Just my opinion. Less compassion for human compassion in general....Are our lives so busy to forget the fallen and the wounded veterans of the USA. It is almost "who cares" atttitude anymore. But, perhaps that is because I' m an oldtimers who has seen better days. But, I will always honor those that set America free even until 'm 90+. God bless America.
