To all our Rager Family...

It is with tremendous sadness and remorse that I pass along the following tragic news to you.

Yesterday morning in Southern California just after 8am, Nicholas "Nick" Knoth, age 20, died in a motorcycle accident in the town of Westminster.   Nick is the son of Charlie and Sally and, brother to Mackenzie and Gracie.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick on a number of occassions and can say he was a wonderful, polite and caring young man.    Many of you may have had the pleasure of meeting Nick in the past.   He and his family sailed on Rhondas' very first cruise out of Long Beach.   They also had a most amazing Knoth Family RV (recreational vehicle) adventure to Sally Mountain back in 2007 that was an incredible experience...

I spoke with Charlie a short time ago.   He and his family are doing the best they can at this very sad time but, know that Faith, Prayers, Family and Friends will help to ease the pain and terrible loss they are experiencing.  He has asked that I post this message to let his Rager Family know what has happened.    They have a strong Faith in God and, I believe, they trust that God has a better plan for Nick....

At this time arrangements are incomplete but, I promise that I will post an update for anyone seeking more information just as soon as it becomes available to me.

Please keep Charlie, Sally, Mackenzie and Gracie in your thoughts and prayers as they go through these difficult days ahead.    Lift Nick up in prayer as he begins the glorious journey "home" to be with God in Heaven.

Rest in Peace Nick...

Thank you all,
Jim Hughes

I'm so sorry to hear this tragic news.  I have never met the Knoths, but I know from experience the pain of losing a child.  Nothing else compares.  I will lift this family in my prayers in the coming days, weeks, and months.  Again...I am so sorry.

While I never had the opportunity to meet Nick, I do know Charlie and Sally, and what wonderful people they are. My prayers go up for the Knoth family during this tragic time, and will continue to do so in the upcoming months. I hope that God will bless this family with the peace that it so desperately needs right now.

My heart aches for the Knoths.  I met Nick a few years ago at Sally Mountain and thought of him as a very caring and wonderful young man who was trying to find his way in this world.  I had some great conversations with him about his various tastes in music.  I will always remember him as a very caring guy who loved his family very much.

May God Bless Charlie, Sally, Mckenzie, and Gracie.

We are hear for you and love you very much guys!!  Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you.
